President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has officially reorganized his ministerial appointees in response to reports of an imminent extensive restructuring within the government.
As per a statement released by the presidency, the president has relieved 13 central and local government ministers of their responsibilities.
Among the ministers who have been dismissed is Ken Ofori-Atta, the Minister for Finance.
Additionally, other ministers who have been removed from their positions include Ambrose Dery, the Minister for Interior; Kwaku Agyeman Manu, the Minister for Health; and Dr Kwaku Afriyie, the Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation.
