Popular gospel artist Joe Mettle has won the ‘Best Gospel of the year’ in this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Award(VGMA)
One of the toughest and most competitive categories of the music award schemes is the Best Gospel Artiste of the year.
Earlier on, Joe had satirically pronounced that, he was going to grab the ultimate, thus Artiste of the Year.
However, the gospel artist, Joe Mettle who is known for his Ga solo has emerged as the winner of Gospel Artiste of the Year.
The category of the “best Gospel Artist of the year” had other great artists like Celestine Donkor, Diana Hamilton, Obaapa Christy, MOG Music, Empress Gifty, Ohemaa Gifty, and Akesse Brempong,
