Hon. James Agalga the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate and (MP) for the Builsa North constituency in the Upper East Region has successfully filed his nomination forms on Wednesday September 11th 2024.
The MP was joined by enthusiastic party Constituency executives, ward coordinators, branch executives, supporters and well-wishers to file his forms at the Municipal EC office on Wednesday.
Notable personalities who accompanied him to the EC office were the constituency chairman, James Achaab , secretary Mr Emmanuel Ayamboliba, communication Director Kennedy Gariba and his deputy, Thomas Agoalisui among others.
After successfully filing his nomination, Mr James Agalga urged the electorates, in a short address, to vote massively to retain him as their MP and John Dramani Mahama as President to rescue the country.
“I’m convinced that you will vote to retain me as your MP because of the many developments I have brought to this area. Whilst you vote massively for me on December 7, I will also urge you to vote for the party’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama so we can work together to bring more development to Builsa North Constituency ” he said.
He emphasized that during the Mills and Mahama era, the constituency witnessed significant developmental projects and human development initiatives, which made a profound impact. However, he lamented that the eight years of NPP rule have been a disaster, and he is seeking answers about the benefits of their policies for Builsa North Constituency and the Upper East Region Region as a whole.
He called on party supporters and constituents to help him achieve victory in the upcoming election.
Some loyal supporters and constituents who spoke to Radio Builsa News commended the Member of Parliament, James Agalga for his exemplary leadership and dedication to duty.
They acknowledge that the constituency has undergone remarkable transformation since he took office and are encouraging others to support his re-election bid for a fourth term.
The constituency Chairman Mr James Achaab in an interview with Radio Builsa News praise James Agalga tireless efforts, which have led to significant improvements in the constituency, and urged voters to retain him as their representative in parliament.
According to Achaab the MP proven track record and commitment to the constituency’s development have earned him the trust and endorsement for another term in office.
