A renowned Ghanaian entrepreneur and CEO of the McDan Group of Companies, Daniel McKorley, has opened up about his relentless drive for success and the immense pressure he places on himself to achieve his dreams.
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Time with Kwesi Parker Wilson, McKorley, popularly known as McDan, revealed that despite his numerous accomplishments, he believes he has barely scratched the surface of his full potential.
“If I get the opportunity, I can do ten times more than what I’m doing right now. But for now, I’ve not reached half of my real potential,” he stated with conviction.
McDan admitted that his biggest fear is growing older without accomplishing all that he envisions for himself and his business empire. This fear fuels his work ethic, pushing him to extreme lengths to maximize his productivity.
The business mogul disclosed that he sleeps only four hours a day, a routine he has adopted due to the pressure he feels in his pursuit of success.
“I’m not sleeping because I have not reached half my potential,” he explained, emphasizing that the weight of his aspirations keeps him awake at night, strategizing and working towards greater achievements.
He hinted at a possibility to employ not less than 3000 workers for his Salt Firm.
“I need 3000 workers at my salt company.” He declared.
