The Ministry of the Interior has announced the opening of recruitment into Ghana’s various security services.
In a statement shared on social media, the Ministry said application portals will be open from November 15 to December 15 for interested persons wishing to join any of the security agencies.
According to the Ministry, the nationwide recruitment exercise is part of efforts to strengthen Ghana’s internal security system, enhance public safety, and ensure efficient service delivery across all security institutions.
It further cautioned the public against dealing with individuals or groups who claim to be able to influence the recruitment process for a fee, stressing that the Ministry and its agencies do not charge any money at any stage of the exercise.
Adding that “Any applicant found to have submitted false information or forged documents will be disqualified and may face prosecution. Additionally, applicants who engage middlemen at any stage of the recruitment process will be automatically disqualified from the process.”
