The Dean of Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFSC), Professor Vladimir Antwi Danso has indicated that infighting in the Northern part of Ghana can be an advantage for the terrorist group.
He said these groups can sponsor and fuel such fightings by furnishing producing them with weapons in order to penetrate the country.
“You see, the infightings in the Northern parts of Ghana between tribes are very dangerous and recipe for disaster. ISIS can fuel the fight by taking sides with one tribe to help fight the other. They will later strike an attack without people knowing “ He stated on Oyerepa Breakfast Show, Monday, June 6 2022.
Prof Antwi Danso further advised Churches to install CCTV cameras to monitor the activities in the course of their service. “Every Church must have CCTV cameras, this will help monitor activities in and around the church. “
His statement comes in a wake of a terrorist attack on some churches in Nigeria, killing scores of people.
