Legendary Ghanaian Highlife singer, Amakye Dede has said, he is working on new songs which would be dropped soon.
Abrantie Amakye Dede as he is affectionately called has not released a song for more than decades. However, the popular highlife legend says he will soon release a song to ‘appease’ fans that have been dying to hear something new from him.
Speaking in a recent interview, Iron Boy stated that, he is working on some tracks.
According to him, he has a collaboration with the best African Rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie and will release the beautiful song soon.
“I am still working on some tracks. I have a song with Sarkodie. It will soon come out and I know it will be a hit,” he assured.
The ace singer and performer believes that Ghanaians and music lovers will love the song and it will be a hit track.
The Highlife maestro stated that his doors are opened to young musicians who may want to do a music collaboration with him as well as seek counsel.
“My doors are always opened to anybody especially those who want to seek musical counsel. We wouldn’t live forever and I need to groom someone. My doors are always opened to them,” he said.
