Ghanaian actress and socialite Rosemond Alade Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, has disclosed that she would consider marrying musician and socialite Armani Owusu, known as AMG Armani, if he proposed to her.

Her comments come amid long-standing rumours suggesting that she and AMG Armani were once romantically linked, claims the actress has repeatedly denied.

Speaking in an interview, Akuapem Poloo said she believes actress and social media personality Martina Dwamena, popularly known as Asantewaa, may have sought clarification from AMG Armani about the rumours when they became close.

“I know when Asantewaa got close to AMG Armani, she would ask him whether we’d dated before. If I were the one, because of the rumours that were going round, I would have asked, and it’s up to the man to explain to her that we were not dating,” she said.

The actress explained that denying the dating reports does not mean she sees AMG Armani as someone who is unsuitable for her, adding that she would willingly accept him as a partner under the right circumstances.

“If Armani proposes to marry me, I will agree to marry him. It’s not like I want to snatch him from someone, but I would want to marry him,” she stated.

Akuapem Poloo further clarified that her rejection of the romance rumours is not because she believes AMG Armani is incapable of being in a relationship with her.

“It shouldn’t be like I’m denying the dating rumours because he’s not capable of dating me. I will agree to be with him if I don’t have any man in my life,” she added.

The actress’ comments have reignited conversations among entertainment fans about her relationship with AMG Armani, with many awaiting further reactions from the personalities involved.
