Dr. Kokofu made the promise as he appealed to party delegates to support his bid in the upcoming Ashanti Regional executive elections, saying the project would provide the party with a permanent administrative base to strengthen its operations.

According to him, the Ashanti Region, regarded as the stronghold of the NPP, deserves a befitting regional office that reflects its importance to the party.

“Just make Kokofu your Ashanti Regional Chairman, and I will build a regional party office for the NPP,” he declared.

The former Member of Parliament for Bantama and former Executive Director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said he is committed to strengthening the party’s structures and improving its organisational capacity if entrusted with the leadership of the region.

He noted that establishing a permanent regional office would enhance coordination among party executives, facilitate meetings and administrative activities, and contribute to the long-term growth of the NPP in the Ashanti Region.

Dr. Kokofu also urged delegates to support his vision, promising to work tirelessly to unite the party and position it for future electoral success.

His pledge comes as the NPP prepares to elect new regional executives, with aspirants outlining their plans and campaign promises in a bid to win the confidence of delegates ahead of the polls.
