Following the viral video capturing a heated argument between Michy, the mother of Shatta Wale‘s son, and Medikal, Fella Makafui, the wife of Medikal, has shared her thoughts on the incident.
In the video, Michy and Medikal clashed over claims that Shatta Wale still pays their son’s school fees despite their separation.
Expressing her disappointment, Fella Makafui stated, “I kinda felt disappointed with Shatta Michy’s behaviour but I mean it is what it is”
The Actress who was present at the event clarified in the interview that she was not present during the confrontation as she had met with Yolo Actress, Etty Bedi and was taking pictures with her at the time.
“We were there together but I met Etty Bedi and we were snapping so I wasn’t present when it happened. Our manager just got to me and asked us to leave and my husband quickly joined us so it was in the car that they were filling me on it,” she explained.
Asked if he would have done anything differently if she was present, the businesswoman revealed that it wasn’t in her place but she would have defended her husband.
“Since I wasn’t there, I’ll not be able to say what I’d have done but I’d have defended my husband not physically though because I am not like that. That’s their business,” she indicated.
The altercation between Michy and Medikal took place at the birthday party of Ghanaian entertainment blogger GH Kweku in April.
It stemmed from Medikal’s alleged remarks about Shatta Wale, which Michy misinterpreted as referring to her son instead of Shatta Wale’s daughter. This misunderstanding led Michy to confront Medikal publicly, accusing him of spreading falsehoods.
In an interview on Adom TV’s Andy Dosty show, Michy expressed no regrets about her actions during the incident and stated that she would respond similarly if faced with a similar situation in the future. She clarified that she did not attack Medikal but rather expressed her displeasure, noting that she sometimes needs to release negative energy.
Michy placed the blame on Medikal, emphasizing that he had no right to discuss her private matters concerning Shatta Wale and their son. While acknowledging that discussions about her son are not off-limits, Michy called for a certain level of maturity and respect when engaging in such conversations.
