Popular Ghanaian songstress and entrepreneur Mzbel has opened up about her preferences of sexual partners, stating that she prefers older, married men to younger men.

Speaking on ‘Atuu’ with Nana Romeo, the 45-year-old musician said that she is currently in an open relationship and has “never been single.”

Mzbel disclosed that although she has “dated a lot of men,” her relationships are not driven by sex, noting, “I am not the type who likes sex. That is why I prefer older men, especially married men.”

According to her, younger men tend to demand sex frequently, especially when they give money, whereas older, married men are often too busy and tired to be sexually demanding.

“Younger men will demand sex all the time. Older men who are married are usually too busy and tired to be demanding sex. They just give you the money. Younger guys want sex anytime they give you money,” she said.

Mzbel added that she enjoys sex only on her own terms and prefers a gradual build-up.

“I like sex when I’m ready for it, and it has to happen gradually. Maybe we go for a dinner and have a nice time, and then I get in the mood. I find it weird when a guy comes over and suddenly wants sex,” she stated.
