Dr. Louisa Ansong Satekla, the wife of Afro-Dancehall musician Stonebwoy, has addressed rumors about her role in Stonebwoy’s management team, in which she is widely regarded as the source of the problems.
She clarified her involvement by stating that she manages the ‘Livingstone Foundation’ rather than the Stonebwoy brand.
In an interview on ‘The Day Show,’ Stonebwoy’s wife, a dentist, expressed astonishment at how this misconception arose, stating, “I manage the ‘Livingstone Foundation,’ but Stonebwoy has a full management team. I do not know where this narrative originated, but it appears that everyone believed it. I believe he once made a private joke about ‘Management 101,’ and from that day forward, everyone presumed I was the manager.”
As a mother of two, Dr. Louisa believes that managing Stonebwoy by herself would be difficult, adding, “Right now, I have a lot on my schedule, so managing Stonebwoy, who has a massive brand, will be challenging. I believe a collective is more effective.”
Dr. Louisa’s function as Stonebwoy’s manager has been misunderstood for years as a result of previous management team changes at Stonebwoy.
Stonebwoy parted ways with their former manager Karl Gid in 2017 due to a dispute over revenue sharing, and Blakk Cedi became his official manager.
Stonebwoy confirmed a split with Blakk Cedi in 2019, stating that Blakk Cedi now functions as his agent following a reorganization within their camp. While acknowledging significant alterations in their management structure, Stonebwoy withheld further information from the media.
