Legendary Highlife musician, Abrante Amakye Dede has indicated that he doesn’t chase ladies nor spend his hard-earned money on them just like some of his colleagues presumably do.
According to him, it is unnecessary to chase ladies because the more you fornicate the more you waste money and strength.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with MFK on Oyerepa TV, the ‘Odo Da Baabi’ crooner stated that, ladies normally chase musicians however; it should not be a yardstick for artists to fornicate.
He cited an instance where a colleague musician boasted of having a child in almost all the places he went, stating that, it was not right.
“I once listened to a certain musician who said on the radio that, he had a child in almost all the places he toured. To me, it is not right to do that.”
He disclosed that chasing women is not part of his mission. His focus is to create jobs for the people in his community to get employment.
“I’m focusing on creating jobs for my people because the more you chase women, the more you spend your money on them and the more you lose your strength.
He advised that his colleague musicians should think about doing something to help them in their old age rather than hopping from one lady to the other; wasting money and strength on them.
“My colleague musicians should always try to do something that will help their future.”
Meanwhile, the ace musician has disclosed that he is working on a song with African heavyweight rapper, Sarkodie. The banger is expected to be dropped early next year.
