A lecturer at KAAF University, Dr. Eric Bempong, has launched a scathing attack on Dennis Miracles Aboagye, former Communications Director of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s campaign team, accusing him of arrogance and poor communication that could damage the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, Dr. Bempong expressed his strong disapproval of Mr. Aboagye’s public posture and remarks.
“There are certain people like Dennis Miracles Aboagye whose utterances annoy Ghanaians. I hate to hear him speak for the NPP,” Dr. Bempong stated.
He further criticised Aboagye’s approach to political communication, arguing that it was overly emotional and disconnected from the concerns of ordinary citizens.
“He communicates based on people’s emotions. Look at his posture during interviews — he is full of arrogance. He should be sent to the backyard before he completely destroys the NPP,” Dr. Bempong cautioned.
His comments add to the growing debate within the NPP about its communication strategy and the individuals tasked with representing the party in the media, particularly in the lead-up to the 2028 general elections.
