In a shocking and bold declaration, Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, the leader of the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), has dismissed the concept of heaven and hell as a “big scam”.
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Show, Osofo Kyiri Abosom expressed his skepticism, stating, “I don’t believe in heaven, I don’t believe in hell. There’s nothing like that. It’s a big scam.”
According to him, the idea of an afterlife is a mere illusion, and individuals should focus on developing their country rather than waiting for a nonexistent paradise.
“Heaven is on the earth, so if we don’t develop our country, we’ll sit down and waste our time,” he emphasized.
Osofo Kyiri Abosom went further, questioning the validity of religious teachings on the afterlife.
“Whatever the pastors will tell you is a lie. If one dies, he is dead forever and nothing else,” he claimed.
