GES Identifies 800 Applicants With Unreachable Phone Numbers
The Ghana Education Service (GES) is asking about 800 applicants seeking promotion to the ranks of Director II and Director I to provide active contact numbers after attempts to reach them proved unsuccessful.
The affected applicants are those who have not received text messages from the GES regarding the next steps in the promotion process.
In an update on the applications, the Service said messages had been sent to all applicants, but some could not be reached because the phone numbers provided during their applications were unreachable.
“All applicants have been sent messages outlining the next steps to take,” the update said.
“If you have not received a text message, it is because the contact number you provided in your application is unreachable. All attempts made by the team to contact you have been unsuccessful.”
GES has therefore asked affected applicants to submit their full names, staff identification numbers and active phone numbers via gespromotionexams@gmail.com or 0593385729.
The Service said the team was on standby to contact the affected applicants and establish communication with them.
“Approximately 800 applicants are affected by this situation,” the update stated, urging those concerned to provide their updated contact details promptly.
The development affects applicants participating in the GES promotion process for the Director II and Director I ranks.
