A mason known as Nana Yaw Binjo who lives at Bebu in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti region has allegedly defiled his 9-year-old step-daughter.
The victim called Adwoa Matilda’s private part is completely tattered according to the doctor’s report.
Narrating the sad story of the victim on Oyerepa Afutuo, Wednesday, April 27, 2022, the victim’s mother revealed that, her husband, Nana Yaw has defiled her 9-year-old daughter.
According to her (Victim’s mother), one day when she returned from work, saw her husband naked with the daughter in a room. She questioned them but they said nothing has happened.
“When I returned from work, I saw my husband (Nana Yaw) completely naked, my little daughter (Matilda) was also half-naked lying on our bed. I asked my husband what was going on and he told me nothing had happened. The next day, I called one of my rivals to intervene. I asked my daughter and she admitted that my husband has slept with her (f!ngered). He has threatened to kill her if she told anyone.” The woman disclosed.
The woman unveiled that, she found many bloodstains in her daughter’s dress, therefore she took her to the hospital where health officials confirmed that, and indeed a criminal has defiled the poor girl.
“.. We took Matilda to Bebu Methodist Clinic and they confirmed that my husband has slept with her. They said, her private part has been torn apart.”
The mother of the victim disclosed that, despite not reporting the incident to the police, she conversely, told the committee chairman of Bebu about the case but nothing was done.
The victim, who also appeared on the show admitted that indeed her step-father has slept with her 2 times. He threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
“Nana Yaw has slept (f!ngered) with me twice. He said he will kill me if I informed anyone.” The victim told Auntie Naa , the host of the show.
Currently, the suspect, Nana Yaw is on the run. The police on the other hand is searching for his arrest. The general public is hereby entreated to report the suspected criminal to the nearest police station.
