The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ejisu, Kwabena Boateng, has donated 100 bags of cement to the Ejisu Senior High Technical School to help reconstruct a collapsed section of the school’s wall.
The gesture follows an appeal from the school authorities, who explained that the broken wall had become a major security threat, giving intruders easy access to the campus and putting students at risk.
Speaking during the donation, Mr. Boateng said ensuring the safety of students and staff remained one of his top priorities.

“The authorities of the school informed me about the incomplete wall around the campus. Because of that, the security of the students is weak, and outsiders have been invading the school. This support is to help address that challenge,” the MP stated.

He also encouraged final-year students to remain focused and study hard as they prepare for their upcoming examinations.
The Headmistress of the school, Mrs. Grace Asomani, expressed appreciation for the timely intervention, noting that the donation would go a long way in improving security and creating a safer learning environment.

“We thank the MP for this support. Intruders have been entering the school because the walls are not complete. As we celebrate our 35th anniversary next year, we are appealing to old students to also come to our aid and support the school,” she added.
The donation forms part of the MP’s broader commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure and safety across the Ejisu constituency.
