Chief of Kromoase – Kotokuom in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of Ashanti who’s also the Otumfuo Topreman Kontihene, Nana Opoku Karikari Okogyedom II has called on all aspiring flagbearers in Ghana to declare their positions on LGBTQI+.
Speaking with our reporter Nana Yaw Peprah in an exclusive interview, Otumfuo Topreman expressed his worries on how President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo couldn’t give out his position on whether or not to accept the LGBTQI+ during, America’s Vice President, Kamala D. Harris’ visit to Ghana this month.
Nana Opoku in the conversation charged Ghanaian journalists to seek the positions of the presidential aspirings because the majority of Ghanaians are not interested in LGBTQI+. Also, all religious groups in the country go against it.
He again pleaded with the gods of our land to deal with any MP who will support this evil agender.
He stressed also that, the leaders of the country are unable to stand against this evil act because they always seek support from the initiators. This he believes is a great disappointment to the nation since God has blessed this country with all the needed resources to develop the country.
