An economist and lecturer at KAAF University, Dr. Eric Bempong, has made a startling accusation, pinpointing Dr. Bossman Asare, Deputy Chairman of Corporate Services, and Samuel Tettey, Deputy Chairman of Operations, as the primary reasons for the Electoral Commission’s (EC) downfall.

As Ghana is gearing up for its general elections, with major parties and candidates solidifying their positions and strategies.

The opposition NDC believes the EC is working to assist the ruling NPP government to rig the 2022 election.

After several attempts to get the EC to attend to their demands without success, the NDC took to the streets in protest.

Reacting to the NDC’s Enough is Enough Demo during a panel discussion on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, Dr. Bempong unequivocally stated that the Electoral Commission has a communication deficit.
