The Chief of Staff, Office of the Vice President, and Board Chairman of J.E.A. Mills Memorial Heritage, Alex Segbefia, has described former President John Evans Atta Mills as a man of peace, integrity, and humility.
Speaking at the 13th Commemorative Lecture of President Mills, Segbefia highlighted the former president’s unique attributes, including his passion for hockey, incorruptibility, and commitment to leaving a lasting legacy.
He noted that President Mills touched the lives of many people in a positive manner, giving hope for a better Ghana. He described the former president as an intellectual of repute, a sportsman par excellence, and a father figure.
The event aimed to commemorate the late president’s life and legacy, and to inspire a new generation of leaders to follow in his footsteps.
