Akuapem North NDC Constituency Secretary found dead
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Akuapem North Constituency has been thrown into mourning following the death of its Constituency Secretary, Isaac Batsa Hamillin.
Mr Hamillin was reportedly found dead at a guest house in Amonokrom in the Eastern Region under circumstances that are yet to be officially explained.
He also served as the Municipal DRIP Coordinator for the Akuapem North area.
His sudden passing has sparked grief among party members and colleagues, many of whom have described him as a committed and hardworking party executive who served diligently at both the constituency and municipal levels.
According to tributes from party associates, Mr Hamillin remained actively involved in party and community activities in the days leading up to his death, making the news particularly shocking to many within the constituency.
The NDC constituency and regional leadership are expected to officially address the matter as investigations and funeral arrangements progress.
