The Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Ghana (MKAGH), also known as the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organisation, Ghana is holding its 43rd Annual National Rally at T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School, Kumasi, Ashanti Region. The three day rally is on the theme “Reflecting on 100 years of Ahmadiyya in Ghana, will coincide with the 10th Annual National Rally of the Majlis Atfal-ul Ahmadiyya (Ahmadiyya Muslim Male Children Organisation between 7 and 15).
The Affal session will be chaired by the National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organisation Ghana, Mr Hanif Bipuah and co-chaired by a 9 year old boy, master Bashirudeen Mahmood Luqman Inkoom from Volta Region. The annual National Rally is a unique event where missionaries, intellectuals and dignitaries deliver speeches to uplift the audience spiritually and over the years,been attended by top government officials, the Ghanaian Christian Community and Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association from other countries.In addition to the family re-bonding that members of the community experience, also strive for the genuine significance of the meeting by exhibiting a strong sense of self-discipline throughout the rally period and beyond.
The four-day event will witness key presentations on topics such as “Aqeemussalaata Wa Aatyzzakaata:, Essence of Salaat and Financial Sacrifice”. The resource persons, Hafiz Maulvi Hafif Ibrahim, National Coordinator, Tahrik-e-jadid, Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission, Ghana; Khilafat and their responsibilities towards it”, by Muallim Tahir Alagma, Missionary, Bolgatanga circuit, Upper East Region and “points to Ponder: Reflecting on the 100 years of Ahmadiyyat in Ghana” by Mr Hanif Bipuah and Sadr Mulk of MKAGH. Additionally, there will be panel-discussions programmes on some selected topics related to the rally’s theme with participants having the opportunity to contribute to the discussions,suggestions, questions and answers session within the programme.
As part of activities of the event, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Organisation Ghana incollaboration with Humanity First Ghana will organised the national blood drive at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and Asokore Ahmadiyya Hospital as well as visitation to health facilities to offer free health screening for participants of the rally. Other sporting and academic activities to be executed are musical chair, scrabble, table tennis blind race, football and Holy Quran Recitation, Holy Quran Memorisation, Azan calling,Salaat performance, AI-Qaseedah recitation and message delivery.
It will climaxed with prayer by Ameer and Missionary-In-Charge of Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission Ghana, Maulvi Noor Muhammad Bin Salih.
