The Member of Parliament for Ejisu Constituency, ESQ. Kwabena Boateng has revealed that his fierce contender, Owusu Aduomi, former MP constructed some roads in Ejisu under the Nana Addo government and not under the NDC regime.
Lawyer Boateng’s comments are about claims that the former Ejisu MP and deputy road minister (Aduomi) constructed several roads under both NDC and NPP regimes in his 12 years of office.
Speaking on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, the incumbent Ejsiu lawmaker declared that, Aduomi did not construct any road in Ejisu constituency under the John Mahama-led government.
“Aduomi constructed most Ejisu roads under NPP; he did not do anything when NDC was in power….
He further said the former legislator was able to construct many roads in Ejisu because of his position as the Deputy Roads Minister.
“Aduomi was able to construct most Ejisu roads because he was the deputy roads minister”, Kwabena Boateng disclosed to Akua Asieduwa.
The Ejisu legislator however said, his utmost priority is to fix all deplorable roads in his constituency.
