Ghana’s radio station of the year 2021, Oyerepa FM has grabbed another prestigious award.
The Kuamsi based radio station recently was adjudged Radio Station of the Year 2021 in the National Communications Awards.
Last Saturday, the station’s newscaster, Wofa Atta Frimpong was crowned “Male Akan Newscaster of the year 2021” after he was nominated amongst 5 others to compete for Flood Light Media Excellence Awards 2021, 2nd edition.
The awards ceremony held at Marigold Hotel in Kumasi was organized by a group called Flood Light Media Excellence. The primary motive of the event aimed at rewarding outstanding media personalities in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
The 2021 Male Akan Newscaster, Wofa Atta Frimpong upon receiving the award expressed his outmost gratefulness to the organizers of the occasion for honoring him the esteemed medal. He also praised executives and co-workers of Oyerepa FM for their enormous support.
