Ghanaian Highlife musician, Eugene Kwame Marfo, well known as Kuami Eugene has disclosed the reason why he carries money along wherever he goes.
According to the singer, ever since he became famous and rich, he does not hesitate to bless his fans.
He disclosed that anytime he steps out and is being recognized, most of his fans ask him for money.
“Every day before I step out, I need to make sure I have money on me to avoid being embarrassed by those who ask me for it” he told the host on the Kastle Entertainment show.
The “Angela” hitmaker revealed that, “sometimes I do meet people who ask me for money and when you don’t give them they’ll look at you someway. They look at you as if they struggled with you and you don’t want to give them their share so normally, I try to keep money on me”.
He continued, “sometimes you can meet your old school mates and they know I’m Kuami Eugene so you can’t let them go empty-handed.”
Eugene Kwame Marfo, who goes by the stage name Kuami Eugene is a Ghanaian High-life and Afrobeat singer-songwriter. He is a signee under the Lynx Entertainment record label and is known for several songs, including “Angela”, “Wish Me Well”, “Ohemaa” and many songs.
