34-year-old taxi driver allegedly killed by unknown assailants at Gomoa Achiaese
A 34-year-old taxi driver, identified as Isaac Eshun, has reportedly been attacked and killed by unknown assailants at Gomoa Achiaese in the Gomoa Central District of the Central Region.
According to information gathered by Nana Ansah from a reliable source, the deceased received a phone call from his master, asking him to pick him up and transport him to an undisclosed destination.
However, while on his way to pick up his master, Isaac was allegedly attacked by unknown assailants, who reportedly subjected him to severe beatings, resulting in his death.
The motive for the attack remains unknown.
Meanwhile, suspicion has reportedly fallen on the deceased’s master following claims that similar incidents had allegedly occurred involving drivers who previously worked for him.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, and police investigations are underway to determine the exact circumstances of the death and identify those responsible.
The deceased’s body has since been conveyed to the Agona Swedru Morgue for preservation and autopsy as investigations continue.
