Actor Bill Asamoah bags executive master in Alternative Dispute Resolution
Ghanaian actor William Asamoah Addo, popularly known as Bill Asamoah, has expanded his professional journey beyond the movie industry after earning a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution (PEMADR) from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies (IPLS).
The celebrated Kumawood actor received the qualification on July 25, 2026, after successfully completing a programme focused on mediation, arbitration, negotiation and other approaches to resolving conflicts.
Beyond the academic achievement, Bill Asamoah was also honoured with an Ambassadorial Award by the institute for his influence and dedication towards supporting the growth and values of IPLS.
Sharing his excitement with his followers, the actor expressed appreciation to the IPLS Governing Council, lecturers and his colleagues for the opportunity, describing the qualification as a milestone that goes beyond receiving a certificate.
Bill Asamoah said the knowledge acquired through the programme will strengthen his ability to promote peace, fairness and constructive solutions within communities and Ghana’s creative industry.
“The journey of learning and service continues as I seek to use my new expertise to contribute to peaceful conflict resolution,” he said.
Known for his remarkable contributions to Ghana’s movie industry over the years, Bill Asamoah’s latest achievement reflects his efforts to combine entertainment with personal development and social impact. His new qualification is expected to support his involvement in initiatives that encourage dialogue, understanding and peaceful resolution of disputes.\
