Ghanaian dancehall star Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., popularly known as Shatta Wale, has once again dominated social media conversations after a video showing him with two women surfaced shortly after he publicly revealed details about his love life.

The controversy follows comments made by the “On God” hitmaker during an appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast, where he disclosed that he is not single and is currently involved with two women.

Responding to questions about his relationship status, Shatta Wale said he was being open about his personal life and did not want to hide his relationships from the public.

“No, I am not single. I think I have two wives right now, and I don’t want to lie about it. I am open with them, and we go to restaurants together. Recently, when I was travelling to London, they escorted me to my jet. I don’t want to stay single,” he said.

Following the interview, a video emerged online showing the dancehall artiste aboard a private jet with his baby mama, Maali, and another woman identified as Nessa. In the footage, Shatta Wale is seen sharing affectionate moments with both women before departing for the United Kingdom.

The development has generated mixed reactions among social media users, with some praising the musician for being transparent about his relationships, while others have questioned his decision to publicly discuss his private affairs.

Shatta Wale, known for his outspoken personality and headline-making statements, has once again placed his personal life at the centre of public discussion, adding another chapter to his long history of controversies in Ghana’s entertainment space.
