Controversial Ghanaian preacher Nicholas Osei, widely known in showbiz circles as Kumchacha, has publicly condemned a teacher from Bole Senior High School after a disturbing video allegedly showed the educator engaging in a sexual act with a female final-year student.

The viral footage, which has sparked outrage across social media platforms, reportedly originated from the Savannah Region and has since triggered widespread public criticism over teacher-student relationships and professional misconduct in schools.

Reacting to the incident in a TikTok video, Kumchacha expressed disbelief and anger over the teacher’s conduct, describing the act as disgraceful and irresponsible. According to him, educators are expected to protect and mentor students, not exploit them.

“I watched the video trending on social media. Someone sent it to me, and after watching it, I was shocked. I couldn’t believe a teacher would involve himself in something like this with a student. He is a senseless person for sleeping with someone’s daughter whom he is supposed to educate and guide,” he said.

The outspoken preacher further urged the Ghana Education Service and the Ghana National Association of Teachers to immediately investigate the incident and ensure the teacher faces disciplinary sanctions if found guilty.

“GES and GNAT should launch an investigation into the matter so the teacher can face the necessary disciplinary and legal processes because what happened is unacceptable,” Kumchacha added.

The incident has generated heated debate online, with many Ghanaians calling for stricter enforcement of ethical standards within educational institutions. Others have also raised concerns about student safety and the abuse of authority by some teachers. The scandal continues to dominate conversations on social media as the public awaits action from school authorities and the relevant education bodies.
