Founder of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has stirred fresh conversation about his marriage after expressing dissatisfaction with his wife’s decision to create video content with fashion personality Osebo the Zaraman.
While preaching at church, the controversial preacher revealed that he had directly raised concerns with his wife, gospel musician Florence Obinim, about her association and content creation with Osebo. He explained that his discomfort stems from past allegations made by Osebo, who had previously claimed that he (Obinim) and another woman had been intimate. According to him, being seen publicly with Osebo could reinforce those accusations in the eyes of the public.
However, he said his wife appeared determined to proceed despite his reservations, a decision he claims has left him worried because it is not consistent with the woman he married years ago.
“I told my wife I am not happy about her decision to shoot videos with Osebo thezaraman but she insists on doing it,” he said.
The comment has quickly gained traction online, with many interpreting it as another indication of underlying tension within the marriage, which has recently been the subject of public discussion following a series of emotional remarks from the preacher about his family life and personal space.
