Boakye Agyarko calls for unity and discipline as he rallies NPP support behind Bawumia
NPP National Chairman aspirant Mr. Boakye Agyarko has intensified his campaign message of unity, discipline, and victory, urging party members to put aside their differences and rally behind Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to secure a decisive win for the New Patriotic Party in the next general election.
Mr. Agyarko made the call during a series of engagements with constituency executives in Asante Akyem North, South, and Central as part of his ongoing Ashanti Regional campaign tour. He stressed that internal reconciliation and collective effort are key to strengthening the party ahead of the 2028 elections.
In further meetings with executives from Bekwai, Manso Nkwanta, Manso Adubia, Odotobiri, Bosome Freho, Akrofuom, Obuasi East, Obuasi West, New Edubiase, Adansi Asokwa, and Fomena, the former Energy Minister reaffirmed his commitment to improving the welfare of party members at the grassroots level.
He pledged to work closely with Dr. Bawumia to ensure the full implementation of welfare policies designed to support party structures and empower the base.
“The strength of the NPP lies in its grassroots. We must resource our constituency, regional, and national offices to improve efficiency, strengthen our structures, and boost productivity,” Mr. Agyarko said.
He also assured delegates of his readiness to mobilize the necessary resources to retool party offices across all levels, describing it as essential for effective organization and campaign delivery.
Mr. Agyarko expressed gratitude to the constituency executives and party faithful in the areas he visited for the warm reception and their endorsement of his vision. He said the overwhelming support had further strengthened his resolve to serve the party with dedication and fairness.
The aspirant was accompanied by his Campaign Manager, Hon. Henry Quartey, and a strong delegation of campaign team members.
