On his birthday, Nii Okai Fontomfrom, Joma Asafoatse, donated baby diapers to nursing mothers at Joma Health Center in the Ga Central District. He used the opportunity to appeal to parents who abandon children born with autism to reconsider their actions.
“No one knows who the children will become in the future, only God knows,” he emphasized, urging parents to love and care for all their children, regardless of any disabilities.
He also commended the healthcare workers at the facility, asking them to treat patients with love and care. “I want you to treat our wives well, don’t frown your face but give them good care and smile with them so that sickness will go at hand,” he said.
Mrs. Angelina Addo, Deputy Nurse Manager of Joma Health Centre, expressed her gratitude to NII OKAI FONTOMFROM for his kindness.
She said the items will be a great help to the kids, especially since the nursing mothers wouldn’t have to cross roads to get things for them.
