The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohuno, has commended the Ghana Police Service for their recent achievements in maintaining peace and safety in the country.
Speaking at a ceremony where Gospel Artist Grace Ashly presented a special song to honour the police administration, the IGP warned armed robbers that they will be pursued relentlessly.
The ceremony, held at the UDS Guest House, was a celebration of the police service’s hard work in keeping the country safe.
The IGP expressed his gratitude to regional commanders and all police personnel for their dedication to duty.
Grace Ashly, the artist behind the song, praised the police service for their selflessness, noting that they often leave their families to go on operations, putting the safety of the nation first.
The song, titled “Y3bo Hom Aba so”, is a tribute to the police service and an encouragement to continue their good work.
