Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Malik Basintale, has refuted widespread rumours suggesting he is battling ill health.
In recent days, social media has been awash with claims—largely amplified by some figures within the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP)—alleging that the young CEO had been taken ill and flown out of the country for treatment.
However, Basintale has firmly denied the reports. In a Facebook post, he urged the public to disregard what he described as false and baseless speculation, insisting that he has not been sick and has never been flown to the United Kingdom for medical care.
“Kurugu Toli: ton ton je!! Ignore the false news🔥 No stroke, No UK!” he said.
The YEA boss assured Ghanaians that he remains healthy and fully committed to carrying out his duties.
