The Agona West Constituency Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have officially cut sod for the construction of an ultramodern party office in Agona Nyanakrom, aimed at strengthening the party’s operations within the municipality.
The colourful ground-breaking ceremony, held in Agona Nyanakrom, was attended by traditional leaders (Nananom), party supporters, coordinators, and chairpersons from other constituencies.
Speaking at the event, Agona West Constituency Chairman, Alhaji Gibrine Tanko Toye, expressed optimism that the new party office will play a vital role in mobilising support and enhancing internal party structures.
He urged party executives and supporters to put aside differences and work together in unity towards securing victory in the 2028 general elections. “We must stop the blame game and come together to build a stronger party base that is ready for 2028,” Chairman Tanko emphasised.
Echoing similar sentiments in an interview with Nana Ansah, other constituency executives stressed the need for unity within the party, noting that internal cohesion will be essential to their electoral success in the coming years.
The initiative to construct a dedicated party office has been widely welcomed as a significant step toward consolidating the party’s presence and organisational strength in Agona West.
