The Tafo Pankrono Divisional Police Command has arrested a 16-year-old student of Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School (OKESS) for the unlawful possession of a locally manufactured firearm.
The Form Two boarding student, whose name has been withheld due to his age, was apprehended on Tuesday, May 14, 2025, after school authorities discovered the weapon during a routine search of the student dormitory at approximately 9:30 a.m. He was immediately handed over to the police for further investigation.
