The Electoral Commission (EC) will conduct the special voting exercise today, December 2, ahead of the December 7 general election.
The exercise is to allow election officials, security personnel, and media practitioners to cast their ballots early due to their critical role on December 7.
The Special Voting was expected to take place at 328 centres nationwide from 7 am to 5 pm.
However, the process has been postponed in the Western and Eastern regions over ballot leakage, resulting in a recall.
