George Krobea Asante, Deputy National Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has donated 12 brand-new mobile phones and an undisclosed amount of cash to support the party’s communicators in Nkawkaw and Abirem constituencies in the Eastern Region.
This donation, made on October 13, 2024, aims to motivate and enable communicators to promote the government’s achievements and the party’s Presidential and Parliamentary Candidates in the upcoming December elections.
An additional phone was presented to the leader of the Volunteers group in Abirem constituency for her selfless efforts. Krobea previously met with Abirem communicators, providing lump sums and pledging monthly stipends until the elections.
Communications Officers from both constituencies expressed gratitude for the recognition and support. They promised to continue promoting the government’s records and Dr. Bawumia’s Bold Solutions manifesto for electoral victory in December.
“It is my hope and expectation that this kind gesture will motivate the beneficiaries to work harder for the party towards breaking the 8 agenda,” Krobea noted.
This donation aligns with his previous efforts to empower party communicators, as seen in his address to NPP women, where he emphasized the importance of promoting the party’s achievements.
