Sofo Kyiri Abosom, the presidential candidate for the Ghana Union Movement (GUM), has publicly declared that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, lacks the maturity required to lead Ghana as President.
According to Kyiri Abosom, Dr. Bawumia’s life experiences fall short, and someone who hasn’t faced significant challenges cannot effectively lead the country.
This harsh assessment comes despite Dr. Bawumia’s impressive political resume, including his current role as Vice President and head of the economic management team.
Speaking in an interview with Parker Wilson, the founder of GUM indicated that Bawumia’s claim that he is a mate does not exempt him from the bad performance of the government.
