Ministry of Health opens recruitment for 15,200 nurses and midwives
The Ministry of Health has announced its decision to begin recruiting 15,200 nurses and midwives starting on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 12 noon.
According to the ministry, the recruitment comes after receiving financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance.
Qualified nurses and midwives are encouraged by the Ministry of Health to apply and submit their applications before the deadline on Friday, August 23rd, 2024, at 6:00 pm.
The statement also warned applicants to be cautious of individuals who may try to exploit them by offering assistance with the recruitment process in exchange for payments.
“The public is hereby informed that the recruitment process is highly transparent. Applicants should be wary of anyone claiming to help them with recruitment for a fee. The Ministry advises all applicants not to make any payments for this process. Anyone who pays money does so at their own risk,” excerpts from the statement read.
