Residents of Abofour in Koforidua, located in the Offinso Municipality in the Ashanti Region, were left in a state of shock after the lifeless body of a woman believed to be in her late 40s was discovered dead.
The unidentified woman’s body displayed signs of mutilation, with her private parts and tongue missing, as well as evidence of strangulation.
The body has been deposited at the St. Patrick’s Hospital for autopsy.
The police have initiated an investigation into this tragic incident.
