Ghanaian comedian, Nana Yaw Benson Oduro, popularly known as Funny Face, has reportedly knocked down five people including a one-year-old boy.
The accident occurred on Sunday evening at Kasoa Kakraba Junction in the Central region.
Information gathered by Adom News suggests all the victims were travelling on two motorbikes.
The cause of the accident is however not immediately known.
Some eyewitnesses narrated that the comic actor was driving a saloon car with the registration number GN 1134-16 on top speed from Kasoa to Millennium City.
In an interview, the chiief of Gomoa Bantama popularly known as Millennium City, Nana Kwesi Amoan described the accident as terrible.
They are receiving treatment at the Kasoa Polyclinic and Puracare Specialist Hospital respectively.
Meanwhile, Isaac Asare brother of two of the victims, said four are unconscious while one person is able to talk.
The comic actor is reportedly in custody of the Kasoa Police command for investigations.
