Ghanaian actress, Jackie Appiah, recently found herself at the centre of a prank on a popular Ivorian TV show.
During the live broadcast, an irate woman stormed onto the set, accusing Appiah of accepting $10,000 to appear on the show and then failing to show up.
Despite the woman’s aggressive behaviour, Appiah remained poised and composed throughout the ordeal.
In fact, she surprised everyone when she revealed that she was in on the joke all along.
While the woman who orchestrated the prank later apologized and praised Appiah for her grace under pressure, many people on social media have criticized the stunt.
Some have argued that it was disrespectful to Appiah and that it needlessly humiliated her.
