Ace highlife musician, Lucky Mensah on Oyerepa TV has asked young musicians known to be scammers to use their fraud money to support people who have great talent in music.
Lucky Mensah’s comment comes at the back of claims that, some young artists perceived as fraudsters ventured into music because they have financial muscle (fraud money) to pursue music.
When he asked on Oyerepa entertainment review, Friday, his take on young musicians tagged as fraudsters, Lucky Mensah said, the fact that one is a fraudster with a huge financial base doesn’t mean he can be a good musician.
“As we speak now I don’t know of any musician who is a fraudster, but once you have highlighted it I will say; “It seems everyone wants to do music but at the end of the day, you could realise that a lot of them are fraudsters who aren’t musicians.
I think those of them who venture into music only want to make a name and more money for themselves. The fact is that, if you’re a fraudster, it doesn’t mean you can be a musician.” He stated.
The ‘Aduu Sumo Kwadu’ hitmaker advised that fraudsters should rather use their fraud money to push their colleagues who have great talent in music but lacks financial capabilities to higher levels rather than wasting it.
“Use your fraud money to support your brothers and colleagues who have talent in music,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, the ace artiste has hinted at releasing his new album in 2024. Artists such as Highlife icon, Adanebest, Nero-X and others would be featured on the music album.
