Avenger is closing in on a female thief whose identification has been made public due to shoplifting.
The shoplifter, whose name is unknown, was stealing a wig from a store on CCTV.
While pretending to look at some products on display, she yanked a long black hair and hid it in her bag, looking for ways to conceal the mannequin on which the product was displayed.
She dashed for the exit, unaware that the unobserved shop assistant was watching her.
The thief, who is thought to be in her late twenties, was dressed up and had dyed hair.
