Award-winning Ghanaian actor cum Evangelist, Majid Michel has said that he wins a lot of souls for God due to his position in the industry.
Majid Michel has been in the movie industry for years and has graced the screens of many. The actor is amongst the few actors who have a clean brand and are free from any form of scandal.
According to Majid, a lot of people want to listen to him when preaching because he is a celebrity which makes it easier to win souls for God. He disclosed that before he became born again, he used to drink alcohol, drug abuse, and love women.
In an exclusive interview on Adom News, Majid Michel disclosed that becoming famous and successful through acting makes people see him as a role model. He added that believes that because of his position in the country is what makes people gather to listen to him anytime he is sharing the word of God.
“I am the model to most of the youth and the young ones growing up because they look up to me,” he noted.
“So when I put them together and tell them certain things, they receive them in good faith,” he added.
Adding to this, he indicated that “usually when you look up to somebody who is successful and is in the area of your gifting, you listen to them because your instinct is to be successful”.
