Popular actor Joseph Nana Osei Kofi, well known as Wayoosi has revealed that he once prayed to God to cut his life short because of his sickness.
The actor had suffered from kidney disease for years.
According to him, he started urinating blood at an event but his wife assured him that he would be well by the close of the event.
Wayoosi continued that he was rushed to True Vine hospital when he returned to Kumasi but doctors at the health centre recommended that he should go to a hospital at Ankaase or Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital because he lacked blood.
The actor sharing his ordeal added that he went off for three days after he reached the emergency of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Speaking on Oyerepa TV’s ‘Cinifie show’, the actor revealed that he prayed to God to end his life because of the money he was spending treating kidney disease.
“I did research about kidney disease and realised the cost involved was too high. The pains of the disease were too much. So because of that, I prayed to God to cut my life short in order for me not to suffer in this world,” Wayoosi stated on the show.
