Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Minister of Education has been discharged from hospital.
The Minister, who also doubles as the MP for Manhyia North, was on admission at the University of Ghana Medical Centre for contracting COVID-19.
In a statement signed by the Minister, he said he has been discharged and to go continue his recuperation at home.
The novel coronavirus has infected some top government officials in recent days.
