Social media users specifically on Facebook have advised ‘Mother’, the woman who was ganged rapped by her ex-lover and his friend in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital.

Recall that, a woman known only as ‘Mother’, who lives in Kumasi appeared on Oyerepa Afutuo a month ago that, two friends have ganged raped her.

She narrated that, her ex-lover, Yaw Boafo 50 and his friend Kyei, had simultaneously b@nged her multiple times from 5 PM to 3 AM and that Oyerepa Afutuo should help to seek justice.

Emerging again on the Oyerepa Afutuo, Thursday, April 28 2022, along with one of the suspect, Kyei who refused to talk, Mother revealed that the two friends have approached her Uncle with a compensation fee of GHc 20,000 so to avoid further court issues.

The host of the show, Auntie Naa, however, asked her if she will take the compensation and stop going to court. ‘Mother’ could not decide for herself therefore the host opened phone lines for Oyerepa FM/TV for viewers to share their opinions.

Netizens upon hearing that have expressed their opinions.

According to about 98 percent of them, the victim (Mother) should accept the money and forget about court because the law courts are not trustworthy.
